Meet The Team
Danny
I started Inspira Tuition and I am currently the lead tutor. I want to support as many children as possible and I have big ambitions for the company so watch this space and I’ll introduce you to new team members as they join.
Here’s a bit about me and my qualifications so you can be confident I’m the right person to support your child.
Danny Langford, BA (hons) Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status
I had my first experience teaching children when I worked as a dual language ski and snowboard instructor in Austria for two winters in 2013/14 and 2014/15. I loved helping children grow in confidence and skill, and at that point I knew I wanted to make my career in teaching and supporting children.
I returned to the UK and enrolled at The University of Northampton on a BA (hons) degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status and a Maths specialism. I graduated in 2018 with a 2.i degree and an A grade for my dissertation. My dissertation was on Mastery, the philosophy and approach to Maths teaching that has now been adopted in UK primary schools.
While I was studying for my degree I worked as a tutor for the UK’s leading tuition company, supporting children from 4-14 and helping to develop and deliver 14-16 support. I loved working with individuals and small groups, getting to know how to motivate them and seeing the progress they could make with the right kind of support.
When I finished my degree I joined the company full time as Assistant Director and then went on to become the Director of their Centre in Milton Keynes. So I have a wealth of experience in managing and delivering learning to a wide range of children and I now want to use my knowledge and skills in my own company.
