STEM Superstars
Inspira Tuition introduces STEM Superstars. Our after-school club encourages hands-on experimentation and playfulness within science, technology, engineering, and maths. The club introduces children to fun STEM related projects with the aim of building an enthusiasm for STEM subjects.
How does it work?
We provide a 12-week after-school course with a different project each week. All of the projects are fun, engaging and hands-on. Children work to complete the range of STEM projects with the aim of improving teamwork, building problem solving skills and developing a love of STEM subjects. At the end of the course, children will graduate as a STEM Superstar of the future.
Why is STEM so important?
The STEM sector is expected to be one of the largest employers in the world.
The UK requires at least 120,000 STEM graduates every year just to meet the demand.
There has been a decline in the number of students focusing on these subjects, resulting in a short-fall in the workforce.
Studying STEM subjects helps develop critical thinking, problem solving skills and innovation.
Introducing children to STEM from an young age will help generate further curiosity and improve confidence in these subjects.
